Hey There!

I began my tenure at Contessa as a Software Engineer and made immediate impact on the focal suite of products of our team named Care Convergence. My team is involved in every facet of software development: architecture, design, development, infratructure, and hosting. I have been able to lead my team through the transition of technology, methodologies, upper management, and even an acquistion with 100% retention in a very competitive Nashville market and an industry that, on average, turns over developers every 2 years.
I began coaching my oldest son's flag football team in 2017 and have since coached all three of my sons' ball teams since. I have coached 3 seasons of football, 18 teams of flag football, and a few teams of basketball, baseball, and soccer with different programs. My priority as a coach of young athletes to help them reach their full potential on and off the field through on-field training, off-field instruction, and life-skills development
I have been responsible for serving an average of 1,400 youth athletes and their families per season by handling purchase requests, procurement, vendor relationships, and all other various equipment related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our sports programs including football, flag football, and soccer.
